How to Edit Translations
Updated over a month ago

Vozo’s AI translations are designed to deliver high-quality results, but you can still make personalized adjustments if needed.

Edit Translation Manually

  1. Click on the translated text to activate editing.

  2. Make your changes to the text.

  3. Once the text is modified, the Update Dubbing button will appear. Click it to generate a new dubbing for the segment.

If you have multiple translations to adjust, you can complete all edits first and then click the Update Dubbing button at the top of the Speech section to batch update the dubbing for all modified segments.

Tune Translation with AI Pilot

You can use the AI Pilot to fine-tune your translations, including adjusting the language style, length, or any specific requirements.

  1. Click on the translation you want to modify to activate the toolbar.

  2. Click Tune Translation to open the dropdown menu. Choose the adjustment type you want to apply, or click Custom Prompt to input specific instructions, such as providing the meaning of a slang term so the AI can translate it more accurately.

If you want to adjust the entire translation, click the AI Pilot at the bottom right of the Speech section, input your instructions, and the AI Pilot will modify the entire translation accordingly.

  3. The AI Pilot will refine the translation based on your instructions and provide an explanation for the changes. You can choose whether to apply the suggested modifications.

  4. Once you have a satisfactory new translation, click the Update Dubbing button for that segment to update the dubbing with the revised text.

For information on what prompts you can give to AI Pilot and more, refer to the How to Use AI Pilot.
