How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
Updated this week

If you need more points, a higher usage limit, or additional features, you may want to upgrade to a higher-tier plan. Alternatively, if your usage decreases, or you want to reduce costs, you can downgrade to a lower-tier plan.

Where to Upgrade or Downgrade

  1. Navigate to the Subscription page

  2. Click “Change Plan”
After clicking “Change Plan,” you’ll be redirected to the Pricing page.

  3. Choose Your New Plan
On the Pricing page, select the plan that suits your needs. You can either upgrade to a higher-tier plan or downgrade to a lower-tier plan, depending on your preferences. You can also add or reduce packs as necessary.

Upgrading Your Plan

When you choose a higher-tier plan (which means the price per billing cycle of the new plan will be equal to or greater than your current plan), you will be charged the full price of the new plan immediately, and your billing cycle will reset, starting from the day of the upgrade.

Example of Upgrading

Let’s say you subscribed to the Creator Plan (1 Pack) on January 1st for $19 per month, with a renewal date of February 1st.

On January 15th, you run out of points and decide you need more. To get more points and support higher usage, you choose to upgrade to the Creator Plan (2 Packs) for $38 per month.

  • You will be immediately charged $38, and you'll receive all the points for the 2 Packs.

  • Your renewal date will be updated, and your next billing cycle will now be February 15th, with the new plan and price applied.

In this case, the new plan’s price is equal to or greater than your previous plan, and your billing cycle resets starting from the day of the upgrade.

If you have high usage needs, or if you're unsure which plan best fits your requirements, click the chat icon in the bottom right corner to contact our BD team and learn more about the Enterprise Plan.

Downgrading Your Plan

If you select a lower-tier plan (which means the price per billing cycle of the new plan will be lower than your current plan), the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your new billing rate will apply starting from that point.

Example of Downgrading

Let’s say you subscribed to the Creator Plan (2 Packs) on January 1st for $38 per month, with a renewal date of February 1st. However, after reviewing your usage, you realize that your estimated usage has decreased, and you decide to downgrade to the Creator Plan (1 Pack) for $19 per month.

  • You will not be charged immediately. Instead, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, which is February 1st.

  • On February 1st, your renewal will reflect the new plan and billing rate of $19.

This means that you will continue to be charged at the current rate until the end of the current cycle, and the new billing rate will apply from your next billing cycle.
