Vozo subscription plans allocate a fixed number of points each billing cycle. If you run out of points before the cycle ends and need more immediately, this guide will help you.
Get More Points Without Changing Your Plan
If you don’t want to change your subscription plan (keeping the same pricing), you can renew early to get points for the next cycle:
Go to the Subscription page.
Click the Renew Now for More Points button.
You will be charged the full price of your current plan and immediately receive your plan's cycle points.
Your billing cycle will be updated to start from the payment date.
Any unused points from the previous cycle will remain valid until the original renewal date.
Example:
On January 1st, you started a monthly subscription for $19 and received 100 points.
By January 15th, you’ve used 90 points, leaving only 10 points.
You decide to renew early, pay another $19, and receive 100 points immediately.
The new 100 points are valid until February 15th (the updated renewal date).
The remaining 10 points from your previous cycle are still valid until February 1st (the original renewal date).
Your next auto-renewal date will shift from February 1st to February 15th.
Upgrade to a Higher Tier Plan
If you anticipate higher usage in the future, you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan to get more points immediately.
