Long Video to Shorts allows you to extract highlight clips from long videos with one click, automatically generating multiple short videos with viral potential. This guide will walk you through the process.

On the <a href="https://app.vozo.ai/shorts" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Long Video to Shorts homepage</a>, you can upload your video in two ways:

Upload a video file from your local device.

Supported Video Genres: Vozo supports extracting highlights from English talking videos, such as: podcasts, interviews, speeches, commentaries, explainers, testimonials

Unsupported Video Genres: vlogs, gaming videos, music videos

Note: Videos in languages other than English are not supported.

Video Language: Since only English videos are supported at the moment, no configuration is needed here.

Preferred Shorts Length: Select the desired length(s) for the short videos. Multiple options are supported. If you select Auto, the system will automatically determine the most appropriate lengths.

Pick a Template: Choose your preferred subtitle style for the short videos.

Select Time Range: If you want to control which part of the original video is used to extract short videos, enable the switch and select a time range. This can also save points, as the points required are calculated based on the original video’s length. If you want to extract highlights from the entire video, leave this switch off.

Once the configuration is complete, click Start Clipping to begin.

Once the generation process is complete, you will receive multiple Shorts created from your video. Vozo AI will evaluate their potential to go viral, providing Virality Score and Insights.

Preview: Watch the generated videos, browse through their Virality Insights and Transcripts to better understand their performance potential.

Mark as Favorite: If you find a video you like, click the Favorite button to mark it.

Click the Export button in the bottom-right corner of the previewed video.

The video will be added to the export queue (visible in the bottom-left corner of the page).

Once the export is complete, you can download the video.
